How can we express the following complex number

$z= 5(cos ( \frac{\pi}{6}) +isin( \frac{\pi}{6}))$ in polar form?

$z= 5(cos( \frac{\pi}{6}) +isin( \frac{\pi}{6}))$

$z= 5cos( \frac{\pi}{6}) +5isin( \frac{\pi}{6})$

$z= 5 \cdot \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}) +5 \cdot \frac{1}{2} i$

$z= 5 \sqrt{3} + \frac{5}{2}i$
